Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because every piece at Barn Owl Custom Leather is hand-cut, stitched, and custom-built to your specifications, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check all sizing, spelling for custom lettering, and design choices before finalizing your order.

Production Lead Time: Please allow 6–8 weeks for production on all custom orders. You will be contacted to confirm design details before we begin work on your piece.

Defects & Maker Errors: We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Note on Leather: Because we use premium full-grain leather, natural characteristics such as minor grain variations, tiny range marks, and unique textures are a testament to the authenticity of the material and are not considered defects.
