Shipping Policy

Production Time: All items at Barn Owl Custom Leather are handcrafted to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): We ship to all 50 states. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — thank you for your patience!

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at orders@barnowlcustomleather.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
